You’re standing at the kitchen counter, making dinner.  Quick check — how are your feet positioned?  Are they rolling inward or outward? Are they aching after having been on your feet all day? We all put a lot of miles on our feet, so sometimes they need a bit of extra support and care to get you where you need to go.

Custom orthotics are made for you. They are a specialized device that is worn inside your shoes and helps control and support your foot, ankle, and lower leg movement. They help take a load off your feet, correct your stance, and provide the ball of your foot or heel with the cushioning it needs.

In an orthotics appointment, our specialist meets with you and watches your gait and walking movements before properly measuring your foot and building an orthotic that is specifically designed for you. That way, it’s made to help alleviate your pain points and ensure your strut is pain free.
