The Youth Engagement & Empowerment in Calgary trio applied systems thinking tools to better understand the barriers and enablers to youth participation in Calgary. Their learning journey was grounded in curiosity, reflection, and transparency as they challenged assumptions and limitations.

As a result of their Catamount journey which incorporated a scan of literature, community engagement, and prototyping, Thamar, Sarah, and Kris indentified meaningful, practical, and evidence-informed insights and tools to carry forward.They identified key audiences to connect with and evidence-based engagement pathways for future work.
