The Youth Engagement & Empowerment in Calgary trio is applying systems thinking tools to better understand the barriers and enablers to youth participation in Calgary. Their learning journey is grounded in curiosity, reflection, and transparency as they challenge assumptions and limitations. By incorporating a scan of literature, community engagement, and prototyping, Thamar, Sarah, and Kris are hoping to identify meaningful, practical, and evidence-informed insights and tools.

Portfolio of Learning

As a part of their Catamount journey, each trio will create a portfolio of learning to share their insights with the wider community. Each trio is researching their topic, workshoping systems-thinking tools, and engaging with community, and will turn these processes into artifacts and resources to document their learnings. Stay tuned as these learnings are revealed in the coming months!
