The Thriving Social Service trio is focused on how social service workers can grow and be retained in the sector. Grounded in empathy, they are seeking a better understanding of the interconnected systems and how to support a thriving ecosystem. Ayden, Kate, and Leda are working towards tangible deliverables which will help staff and leaders tackle this complex challenge.

Portfolio of Learning

As a part of their Catamount journey, each trio will create a portfolio of learning to share their insights with the wider community. Each trio is researching their topic, workshoping systems-thinking tools, and engaging with community, and will turn these processes into artifacts and resources to document their learnings. Stay tuned as these learnings are revealed in the coming months!
