Loan funding timeline
Mid-June
Applications for the upcoming academic year become available. We recommend applying for the fall and winter terms.
August
Mount Royal Financial Aid confirms enrolment and sends information to Student Aid.
September
The fall disbursement amount less tuition requested will be deposited into your MRU account.
December
The winter disbursement amount less tuition requested will be deposited into your MRU account.
April
Apply for loans if you are taking classes for the spring or summer semester.
May
The spring disbursement amount less tuition requested will be deposited into your MRU account.
July
The summer disbursement amount less tuition requested will be deposited into your MRU account.
