Admission timelines

Fall Semester: If you applied during early admission (Oct. 1 to Feb. 1), you can expect an update on your status or decision between November and May.

Some programs may take longer to make admission decisions due to a high volume of applications or additional criteria such as portfolios or interviews.

Winter Semester: Admission decisions begin in November and will continue through December.

  2. Select Start a New Application from the sidebar
  3. Choose Mount Royal University from the institution list
  4. Follow the 'Next' prompt to your MRU application page
  5. Select Apply Alberta — Program Change under Application Type
