Friday, September 17 at 5 p.m.

With return to on-campus learning on Monday, Sept. 20, many of you are wondering how to provide your proof of vaccination under the Restrictions Exemption Program (REP).

Students who are in the rapid testing program (whose status is undisclosed or unvaccinated) have received a separate email with instructions. Students who have not completed the vaccination declaration form are prohibited from attending campus in person.

Proof of vaccination

All members of the campus community will be required to provide proof of vaccination by Oct. 4. Details on how to submit vaccination evidence will be provided next week. Please note that auditing of the vaccination declarations will continue in the interim and anyone selected as part of the audit will receive an email with instructions. This means you may be asked to provide proof of vaccination before Oct. 4. Proof can include the personalized documents you received when you were vaccinated or a digital record through MyHealth Alberta. Proof will NOT include a sticker you may have received from your vaccine provider.

Campus is open

Campus will be open on Monday and in-person classes and support services will resume. Remember to follow all current campus health restrictions and stay home if you are unwell.
