English Language Program

The Spring English Language Program will be delivered online through distance delivery starting April 14, 2020. Instructors will connect with each student with details. While not the same as in-person learning, we are committed to providing a positive and high-quality learning experience for every English language student.

Have the English Language Program classes been cancelled?

No, classes are not cancelled but students are no longer able to meet face to face with their instructors. All classes have completed delivery of the instructional content of the course and instructors will be supporting final practice and submission of assignments via Blackboard starting Tuesday, March 17, 2020. Winter Semester will be complete on March 25, 2020.

Will the English language classes be moved to an online format?

Yes, instructors will complete the term via online support and assignment submissions. Your instructors will contact you by email and Blackboard to let you know what this final week of the program will look like.

What accommodations are being made for exams?

Final grades will be determined based on current standings and any remaining tasks and assignments instructors will assign through Blackboard.

How can I get a Completion of Course document or Course Certificate for my employer or partner University?

Send an email to mrulanguages@mtroyal.ca and provide your name, student ID and identify what documentation you need.  We will provide digital documents for you and also forward these on your behalf as requested.
