Adam is a mathematician with research interests in operator algebras and operator theory. His current research includes non-selfadjoint operator algebras, as well as noncommutative convexity theory and its relationship to operator systems. He also supervises undergraduate research in finite dimensional matrix algebra and matrix convexity. Broadly, Adam is interested in anything to do with linear algebra or analysis, especially functional analysis.
Adam teaches mathematics courses at MRU, and has taught previously at the University of Waterloo and University of Alberta. Students interested in mathematics research projects or reading courses are encouraged to contact him!
In his free time, he can be found strength training, rock climbing, or playing music.
