
What is the Steps to Well-Being (STWB) Program?
The STWB program is a 12-week initiative designed to support students' mental health through physical activity, community building, and nutrition guidance. Participants gain practical tools for improving long-term well-being that support mental health, physical health, and academic success.
What's Included in the Program?
The program offers a variety of resources to help participants thrive:
- Personal Training Sessions.
- Individual Nutritionist Sessions.
- Group Events.
- $50 Everything Card.
How Much Does It Cost to Participate?
There is no cost to participate in the program. However, due to limited spots, we ask that you ensure you can commit to the full 12-week schedule before enrolling.
Who Can Participate?
The program is open to current MRU students who:
- Have mild to moderate mental health concerns that make engaging in physical activity challenging.
- Are able to commit to the program's schedule without interfering with academic responsibilities.
- Have not previously participated in the program.
- Do not have the financial means to pay for personal training sessions.
When Can I Enroll?
