Jeremy Duffin is the Access and Privacy Advisor for Mount Royal University.

His role includes overseeing the implementation of both the Alberta Access to Information Act (the “ATIA”) and the Alberta Protection of Privacy Act (the “POPA”) for the University.

Part of this role includes responding to formal access to information requests in accordance with the Alberta Access to Information Act.
