Info for students
All MRU students are welcome to participate in Research and Scholarship Days, either as individual presenters or as part of a team of collaborators. Research presentations may focus on findings or projects from any course in which you are enrolled, not just your major. Research conducted outside of courses, under the supervision of an MRU faculty member, is also eligible. Projects completed during the Fall 2024 and Winter 2025 terms are eligible for entry.

Student Volunteering
There are many ways to participate in Research and Scholarship Days beyond presenting research. A variety of setups and organizational roles are needed to make Research and Scholarship Days possible.
Volunteers are needed to help organize the University-Wide Student Research Poster Presentations Event, which will be held from March 31 to April 1.
Volunteer tasks include poster setup and teardown, assisting adjudicators, and working at the front desk to sign in participants. For the Poster Event, one-hour volunteer time blocks will be available from 8:30 a.m. to 3:50 p.m. Please select all time slots during which you are available to volunteer. Student volunteers will receive lunch.
Additional volunteer opportunities are also available for other faculty events.
The contributions of student volunteers are essential to the success of Research and Scholarship Days. To sign up, please click the link below.
