Unable to use an app?

If you are not able to use a mobile device for your UPass, you can request a UPass sticker for your ONECard.

How to get it

  • Bring your ONECard to the ONECard desk.
  • Fill out the request form agreeing to the terms and conditions.
  • Recieve a UPass sticker for your ONECard.

What you need to know

  • Stickers are valid for the full semester as outlined above under UPass fees & coverage.
  • Choosing a sticker deactivates the digital apps and you can't switch back until next semester.
  • You are responsible for the replacement cost of a sticker for lost or stolen ONECards, or if the sticker is damaged.
  • The replacement cost is equivalent to the full UPass fee, and only one replacement is allowed per semester.
