Get your ONECard

 

Your ONECard is your Mount Royal University ID. It’s used for campus access, exams, printing, library services, and more.

Getting one is simple — and fastest when done in the right order.

 

1) Start here: Upload your photo first

Upload your photo before submitting a print request.

This is the quickest way to get your ONECard approved.

Why this matters

When your photo is already on file, most requests can be approved the same day. If you submit the print request first and upload your photo later, approval may not happen until the next business day.

 

2) Submit your ONECard print request

Once your photo has been uploaded, complete the ONECard Print Request Form.

This form tells us:

  • what type of card you need
  • how you want to receive it (pickup or mail)
  • whether any fees apply

 

 

How you'll know your request is complete

You'll receive up to three confirmation emails as your request moves forward:

  • Your photo is approved
    Your photo meets our requirements and is ready to use.
  • We've received your Print Request!
    Your request form was successfully submitted.
  • Your request has been added to the Print Queue
    This means everything is approved and your card will be printed soon.

You don't need to reply to these emails. If we need anything else, we'll contact you.

3) After your card is printed

You'll receive an email when your card is ready for pickup or when it has been mailed.

Bring government-issued photo ID when picking up your card.


Special situations

Replacement cards

Replacement cards generally have a fee. Fees are reviewed during approval. If you want your replacement ONECard printed in advance, pay your fees on the Cougars Campus Store.

 

Clinical IDs

Students in Nursing or Midwifery programs are required to have a clinical ID as well as a ONECard. Students in these programs can request a clinical ID through the Print Request Form (at the same or different time from requesting a ONECard).

 

Mail delivery

Mail delivery is available for eligible requests. Processing and delivery time may vary.
