Get your ONECard

 

Your ONECard is your Mount Royal University ID. It’s used for campus access, exams, printing, library services, and more.

How to get a card

You can submit a request for any of the following:

  • Your first ONECard (all staff and students)
  • A clinical ID
  • A conservatory student card
  • An alumni card
  • A retiree card
  • A non-affiliated card (SAMRU, Trico)
  • A replacement card 

1) Submit a request

Complete the form to request a card

This form lets us know:

  • what type of card you need
  • how you want to receive it (pickup or mail)
  • whether any fees apply

2) Your request is processed

We will review your request and send you one of the following emails:

Your card is in the print queue
We are getting everything ready to print your card.

Additional information is needed
We will provide instructions if you need to submit a photo, payment, or provide more information. Once all steps are complete you will receive an email informing you that your card is in the print queue.

3) Your card is ready

You will receive an email that your card is ready.

Your card is ready for pickup

Please bring one piece of photo ID to pick up your ONECard.

Your card has been mailed
If you requested to have your card mailed, you don't need to do anything else. Your card will be mailed to you using the address listed in your MyMRU account.
