Health Services Clinic

Health Services continues to see patients.

Masks or face coverings are mandatory

While the Mount Royal campus no longer requires mask wearing in shared and public indoor spaces, anyone coming to the Health Services Medical Clinic must wear a mask or face covering at all times when others are present (in private and public spaces). This applies to students, employees, contractors and visitors

Please bring your own mask or face covering. Review how to safely use a mask. Thank you for your cooperation.

Summer Hours

The Health Services Medical Clinic will be closed on Fridays for the month of August. This includes Aug. 6, 13, 20 and 27.

Parking Update

Parking is available on campus in Lot 2 at the West Gate Entrance. Patients have two options to complete parking payments:

Option #1: HotSpot app

- Download the HotSpot app
- Use the QR codes or NFC capability on signs located in the parking lots
- Visit htsp.ca to make desktop payments

For this option, you will need to set-up an account with HotSpot and are eligible for free parking on campus for the first 30 minutes. Visit the Parking and Transportation website for more information and complete step-by-step instructions.

Option #2: Provide your license plate number at the Health Services Medical Clinic reception

When checking-in for your appointment at Health Services, provide your license plate number at reception. Reception will record your license plate with Parking Services and you will be charged the parking flat rate of $5. Please note - we are only able to accept cash payments at this time.

Health Services is a primary care medical clinic
that supports students and employees on campus.

Our team of clinic physicians, a psychiatrist, registered nurses, a licensed practical nurse, medical office assistants and community partners will help you with your health concerns with care and compassion.

The Office of Border and Travel Health at the Public Health Agency of Canada (PHAC) informs about prevention methods and special precautions that should be taken to protect one's health while travelling abroad against travel-related diseases spread by infected insects.
