Health Services continues to see patients.

Individuals should follow the
 recommendations from AHS related to COVID-19. Individuals with symptoms should not visit a physician's office without consulting Health Link at 811 first.  Individuals should call to schedule Health Services for a telephone appointment or an in-person appointment, at 403.440.6326

Access to the clinic for booked appointments will be through the Recreation entrance. For public patients, please use the intercom and for students and employees please use your OneCard. 

Parking Update  

As of Aug. 24, parking is now available on campus in Lot 2 at the West Gate Entrance. Parking is free for the first 30 minutes and then a significantly reduced flat rate of $5 per day will apply. Hourly parking rates are currently unavailable. 

All payment is contactless and can be made through HotSpot. Simply scan the QR code or touch your mobile device to the Fast Tap signs located in the parking lot. You will be redirected to the HotSpot parking payment page. Enter the zone number indicated on the signs in the parking lot, along with your licence plate number and payment information. Please note that there is a $0.20 fee per transaction. The usual pay stations will not be running.

Health Services is a primary care medical clinic
that supports students and employees on campus.

Our team of clinic physicians, a psychiatrist, registered nurses, a licensed practical nurse, medical office assistants and community partners will help you with your health concerns with care and compassion.

The Office of Border and Travel Health at the Public Health Agency of Canada (PHAC) informs about prevention methods and special precautions that should be taken to protect one's health while travelling abroad against travel-related diseases spread by infected insects.

In case of a medical emergency on campus, please call Security Services at 403.440.5900.

24-hour cancellation notice is required for all clinic physician appointments. Patients who no-show or provide insufficient notice will be charged a fee of $20. You can leave us a message on our after-hours cancellation line.
