Heather MacLeod
Heather holds a BFA degree majoring in Theatre, English, and Dance, a B.Ed. degree, and a M.A. degree in Educational Leadership. Her master's degree work inspired investigation into models for ongoing teacher learning and the benefits of Blended Learning models. She also taught in both the Education faculty and Fine Arts faculty at the U of C and previously taught for 26 years in a variety of public K-12 school settings. Before joining the MRU education department, Heather was the Integrated Studies Director at a private school that specialized in students with learning disabilities. Integration of the arts into curricular areas is an area of expertise for Heather.
