Joyce is a registered pharmacist and midwife who has been in direct patient care since 1999. During this time, she has completed a residency at Sick Kids and subsequently obtained her Pharm D completing rotations in mental health and addictions and primary care. Her midwifery career began in 2013. Throughout her careers, she has taught nursing, medical, pharmacy and midwifery students in a variety of formats, including sessional, semesters, guest lecturer, and clinical placements for all levels of students from undergraduate to residents.
