Course: MGMT 4431 (Leadership Development)
Nature of service-learning project: Each student provides a minimum of 20 hours of community service at a registered non-profit organization of their choice. Students aim to help the organization using their leadership skills (including analytical thinking, interpersonal, communication, and team skills), while also seeking opportunities to develop these skills.
Type of assessment: Community engagement report; Community engagement roundtable discussion
