March 10 from 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.

International Women’s Day 2026 centres on the power of community to propel women forward. Across a dynamic lineup of sessions, hear from trailblazing women in leadership from the Mount Royal community who have carved diverse paths to impact—from STEM to sports, entrepreneurship to community engagement. Expect candid conversations, practical takeaways and opportunities to connect with peers and mentors.

Doors prizes await!

Each attendee receives one entry at check-in. Prizes will be drawn during the opening and lunch sessions, and winners must be present to claim. If you can’t attend either session, you may transfer your ticket to someone who can. Prizes include: Wellness basket, tickets/jerseys, massage therapy vouchers and chocolate!
