CIRA Security Awareness Training platform FAQ
We report malicious emails directly to Google rather than use CIRA's PhishForward button. As a result, the platform has no way to link the report in Google to the phishing training email listed in your dashboard. However, you are still rewarded for reporting. The rewards are uploaded manually and can be viewed by clicking the Incidents & Rewards tab.

That is why the training platform limits how many you take in a certain amount of time. To lower your risk score further, attend a cybersecurity event. You can also check back in a few weeks and see if you are able to take courses again.
