Ongoing support and counselling groups
Support groups are a great way to meet others with shared interests and goals in a safe environment. All drop-in sessions are free and facilitated by a counsellor. Join a drop-in session and feel connected and supported throughout your academic journey at MRU.
Looking for single-session training? Check out our workshops.
