Student Counselling Services
Counselling can be about a variety of things that are interfering with your success. Whether you're dealing with stress, anxiety, depression, procrastination, relationship issues or other concerns, our job is to help figure out what’s going on and what might be helpful to get you back on the path to success.
Through one-on-one or group counselling, you will walk away with skills, tools and a challenged perspective that is meant to help make your academic journey enjoyable and successful.
Student Counselling Services are completely free and available only to MRU students. Alumni are eligible for one appointment post-graduation with a focus on how to access off-campus resources.
Let's Talk About It
Ever needed a quick counselling session? This podcast series talks to the team at Mount Royal University Student Counselling Services about managing your mental health, succeeding in school... and everything else you're too scared to ask.
Types of counselling we offer
