Effective January 1, 2022, the changes are the following: Mount Royal has been working through an upgrade project to improve our payroll systems and processes. Due to a related technical change MRU has made with Revenue Canada, we are obliged to issue a Record of Employment (ROE) for Revenue Canada files to bridge the prior reporting structure to the current structure. You will see this ROE in your Service Canada profile, but understand this does not in any way reflect a change in or impact to your employment or compensation status with MRU and is an administrative update only.
