Since 2012, Mount Royal University has partnered with Calgary Pride to celebrate love, acceptance, inclusion and the 2SLGBTQ+ community. 

The energy is building for Pride 2025, and we welcome you to stand in pride with us as we celebrate our culture of community and belonging.

Calgary Pride 2025 details 

Festival (Aug. 30): Calgary Pride hosted, featuring an evening of engaging entertainment—from tantalizing drag and burlesque performances, marketplace vendors, Sober Oasis, DJs/live bands, wellness organizations and more. Learn more. 

Parade (Sunday, Aug. 31 at 11 a.m. downtown): March with Mount Royal at the annual parade. Enjoy vibrant floats, electrifying performances, energetic music, plenty of colour and thousands of Calgarians coming together to celebrate. Note: Parade entry is free and all attendees will receive a complimentary shirt (new design for 2025!).
