Employee Wellness provides programs, resources and services to help employees lead healthier lives, both in and out of the workplace. Our mission is to create a culture of wellness that meets the unique needs of our employees by providing opportunities for connection, learning and support.

GreenShield Health Rate Changes

Effective July 1, 2026, service rates for video sessions and in-person counselling and coaching will change. The updated rates will be $110 for 60‑minute video sessions and $125 for in‑person counselling and coaching. This update applies only to hourly rates for in‑person and video services that exceed sponsored hours or are paid out‑of‑pocket.
