Irina Dovbischuk is an Associate Professor specializing in International Business and Supply Chain Management at Mount Royal University, Canada (since 2023). Over 16 years, she has held six academic roles across Germany, Canada, and Ukraine, including a full professorship at the University of Bremen and a professorship in Logistics Management at IU – International University of Applied Sciences, Germany.
Her research focuses on sustainable logistics, smart supply chains, and innovation-driven regional development. Irina currently holds key institutional roles in Germany, China, and Ukraine, and was nominated for a Canada Research Chair Tier II at Mount Royal University. She has contributed to 25+ international conferences as a keynote speaker, session chair, and organizer across multiple countries.
With a strong commitment to teaching, Irina delivers undergraduate and graduate courses in global supply chains, operations management, and logistics across several internationally accredited universities.
Her work is backed by over €2.1 million (CAD 3.4 million) in competitive funding from major agencies like the European Commission and German Federal Ministry of Education and Research, reflecting her leadership in interdisciplinary and international logistics research.
