David Cloutier is Director of Technology for Learning at Calgary Academy, where he leads innovation in instructional technology, artificial intelligence, and cybersecurity. A former classroom teacher and educational technologist, he brings deep experience in teacher leadership, teaching and learning in and through technology, and school-wide change. David is an Apple Distinguished Educator (Class of 2026), and he holds an MA-IS from Athabasca University (2021), and is a proud alumnus of the MRU B.Ed. (2017).

Chris Gilmour is the Superintendent and Chief Executive Officer of Connect Charter School in Calgary, where he provides strategic leadership for the high-performing public charter school recognized for its inquiry-driven and technology-enabled learning environment. He has led the organization through significant innovation and growth. Including the establishment of a purpose-built outdoor learning facility in Kananaskis that expands experiential learning opportunities and strengthens student and staff development. His leadership also extends to cross-sector collaboration, having initiated partnerships with post-secondary institutions to research and implement generative artificial intelligence in K–12 educational contexts.

Chris has been an educator for over 24 years, and prior to moving to Calgary, he was the superintendent of the Beaufort Delta Education Council. In 2018, he was inducted into the Northwest Territories Hall of Fame.

She leads a team delivering responsive, accessible professional learning that connects educators and enhances province-wide practice. Her extensive experience in public and independent systems ensures high-quality support for all educators.

Meghan Morden has held a variety of leadership roles within the Calgary Board of Education, including Principal, Assistant Principal, Specialist in Curriculum and Assessment, and Teacher.  Her experience includes experience in educational leadership, teacher recruitment, and professional learning, supporting school leaders in strategic staffing, mentorship, and instructional excellence.

Throughout her career, Meghan has been deeply committed to building teacher capacity and fostering inclusive, student-centred learning environments. She has led professional learning communities, supported interdisciplinary collaboration, and worked alongside specialists to ensure all students—particularly those with complex learning needs—are successful. In addition to her leadership roles, she has contributed to the field through conference presentations and engagements with pre-service teachers at the University of Calgary and the University of Lethbridge, as well as at various conferences.

Kristen MacIsaac graduated with a Bachelor of Education - Elementary from Mount Royal University in 2018. Since then, Kristen has taught students in Grades 3 through 6. In 2024, Kristen earned a Master of Education degree, further strengthening her commitment to educational leadership and student success. Currently, she serves as an Assistant Principal with the Calgary Catholic School District, where she supports teaching and learning communities. Kristen is passionate about mathematics education, mentorship, and fostering collaborative creativity. She enjoys exploring innovative ways to help students and educators grow and succeed.
