Lynn is a nurse with over 35 years of broad clinical and leadership experience. Lynn has a background in Neonatal Nursing, Pediatric Critical Care, Pediatric Chronic Illness, Community Health, and Leadership. Lynn's research interests include: the experience of nurses in practice, the mentorship of leadership qualities in undergraduate students, and the decolonialist ideology in nursing education. Lynn teaches across the four years of the program with a special interest in first- and third-year courses.
