I have been part of Mount Royal University since 2000 within the Department of Child Studies and Social Work. Over the years, my roles and responsibilites have evolved, allowing me to support students, faculty, and community partners in a variety of capacities.

In my current role as Coordinator, Practicum and Work-Integrated Learning (WIL) for the Bachelor of Child Studies, I work closely with students as they prepare for and complete their practicum experiences. I provide guidance related to practicum planning, placement processes, and work-integrated learning opportunities, while also collaborating with community organizations to support meaningful and successful placement experiences.

My background in Early Childhood Care and Education, combined with many years of experience at Mount Royal University, has given me strong understanding of student learning, professional practice, and the importance of building strong partnerships between the university and community organizations.
