Restricted Computer Items

PROHIBITED USE
The following computer hardware and software are prohibited from purchase on a Purchasing Card and require prior review and authorization from IT Services before an authorized university purchasing agent may proceed with procurement. This list is inclusive, but not limited to the items mentioned. IT Services reserves the right to restrict a product purchase upon review.
- Computers – Desktop, laptop, tablet, and all other custom configured built computers
- Software – Requires a registered user license - Contact the License Manager for specific licensing model questions
- Networked Devices – Printers, All in One multifunction devices, Network Attached Drives (NAS)
- System Peripherals – Monitors, desktop printers, scanners, digitizer tablets
- Power Support – Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS)
