How do I obtain service?

Please visit the IT Service Desk to consult with a Service Desk representative:

Location: E251

Email: itservicedesk@mtroyal.ca

Phone: 403.440.6000

The Service Desk representative will log the service request in our incident management system for routing to the appropriate team.

The repair process

After completion of diagnostics, the technician will follow up with the client; If the computer requires work beyond the capabilities of the CES team, a quote for off-site service will be provided.

Why does a computer need off-site repair?

Non-licensed computers that are not under approved vendor warranty support cannot be serviced by CES technicians. In order to maintain third party vendor warranty validity, warranty service must be performed at an off-site authorized service centre; any costs associated with an off-site repair will be disclosed ahead of time.
