Replacement ONECards

 

There is a $20 replacement fee for all lost/stolen/damaged OneCards. This fee is payable at the time you pick up your new card. If you have a photo submitted already, there is nothing you need to do to request a replacement card – just come to the OneCard desk (located in the Cougars Campus Store, room H100) and we’ll reprint your card.

If you want a new photo on your card, you can resubmit your photo and government-issued ID by going to the OneCardPortal and submitting a new photo. Once you receive the email letting you know the photo has been approved, you can come and get your card printed.
