All students, faculty and staff of Mount Royal University should have a ONECard. Your first ONECard is free.

 

Submit a photo through the ONECard Portal or the Transact eAccounts app

You can submit your ONECard photo either through the ONECard Portal (best if you're doing so on a computer) or through the Transact eAccounts app, available for iPhone or Android. In all cases, you must sign in with your MRU email address.

You will need to submit two photos:

• first a photo of your face
• and then a photo of government issued ID, so we can verify it's you in first photo.

Once reviewed, you will receive an email that your photo has been approved.

Once your photo has been approved

After we have had a chance to review your photo, if it meets the criteria required for the ONECard, you will get the "Your photo has been Approved" email. In that email is a link to the ONECard Print Request, where you can request we print your card so it's ready when you get to the desk (Pre-Print) or request that we will print it when you get to the desk.

Either way, wait for us to send you an email to let you know when you can come and get your card! Bring a piece of ID, and we'll give you your ONECard!
