Master budget-friendly, delicious cooking from your own kitchen.

NourishU from Home is a live, 6-week virtual cooking program designed to help MRU students build kitchen confidence, cut food waste, and cook complete meals from scratch.

How it works:

  • We send you weekly grocery gift cards to cover the cost of your ingredients.
  • Join 2-hour virtual classes from your own kitchen and cook a full dinner step-by-step alongside Holistic Nutrition Chef Tasmina.

Who can Participate?

Exclusively for MRU Students! Whether you are a total beginner or looking to expand your recipe rotation, all skill levels are welcome.

Attendance Note: Because each week builds on key techniques, participants must commit to attending all 6 online sessions.

What You'll Receive

  • $150 in Grocery Gift Cards ($25 sent weekly so you can buy ingredients for each full meal).
  • Digital Recipes  & Resource Guides
  • Live Chef Guidance with immediate feedback and live Q&A in every session.
