Indigenization Access Fund

The Indigenization Access Fund was established through a Memorandum of Understanding between the Board of Governors of Mount Royal University and the Mount Royal Faculty Association, following ratification of the 2024–2028 Collective Agreement.

The Fund recognizes that additional demands may affect the time and workload of Indigenous Employees through engagement in various activities across the institution, including guest lectures. community-based work, Indigenization and decolonization efforts, support for students and consultation on Indigenous related committees and initiatives.
