1 - Job description

Read the detailed job description and contract for the Resident Advisor position (for reference only and subject to change). RAs have the privilege of living in a two bedroom unit at a discounted rate and are paid approximately $18/hour, 11.5 hours a week with opportunities for more hours (subject to change).

3 - Hiring Process

Please take note of the hiring process and timeline below

1. Written Application: due Septermber 27, 2026.
2. Individual Interview (in-person): mid to late September, conducted on a rolling basis as applications are received.
3. Offers sent out: by the end of September.

Exceptions from this hiring process will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

4 - Decision

We build and create the Residence Life team for the upcoming year by taking into consideration everything we have learned through the applications and interviews.

Decisions will be emailed to you between September 28 and 30, 2026.
