Laundry Room Maintenance
All mail is received at the Front Desk in West Residence Building B and distributed to student mailboxes located in both East and West Residences. The mailboxes in West Residence are in Building B. The mailboxes in East Residence are in the Community Centre.
Each resident is assigned a mailbox - the box number can be found on the key envelope issued at move-in. It is not the number engraved on the key. Items that will not fit in these boxes are held at the office in West Residence for pick-up. Students will be notified via email for a pick-up.
Residence Services will distribute some information throughout the semester through student mailboxes. Often this is important information and notices for specific residents that the Front Desk feels is necessary to provide in writing. Students should check this mail box regularly.
