Moving in

Res Students Moving In

Welcome to your new home!

At check-in you'll pick up your unit/bedroom and mailbox keys. You must read the Accommodation Agreement, Residence Conduct Guide, and Residence Network Acceptable Use Policy before you check in.

You will also receive an email directing you to fill out a unit condition report online. It is your responsibility to examine your unit carefully and indicate on the condition report any missing items or damages within 24 hours of moving in.

If you don't submit the completed unit condition report on time, you could be held responsible for any damages to your unit, regardless of when they occurred.

Parking

During Move-In Day, Lots 1, 2, and 9 near West Residence and Lot 6 near East Residence are available free of charge for residents and their helpers while moving in. Please do not park in fire lanes or designated no-parking areas.

If you plan to keep a vehicle on campus while living in Residence, parking permits are required. Visit the Residence Parking Information page for details about Residence parking permits, availability and how parking requests are processed.
