Exhibitor Registration

Join us at our largest Career Expo yet, celebrating over 20 years of connecting employers with exceptional talent. The event will take place from January 28 to January 29, 2026.

This is your opportunity to:     
  • Connect with approximately 3,000 students from over 60 diverse MRU programs
  • Showcase your organization's opportunities and engage with potential candidates
  • Network with fellow employers and attendees, enriching your connections and insights
Event Details:
  • Wednesday, January 28 to Thursday, January 29, 2026 
  • 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
  • Mount Royal University, Wright & Leacock Theatre Foyer
  • $950 per day
  • $1800 for the two-day package* 

Early Bird Rates (Ends on November 26, 2025):

  • $900 per day
  • $1700 for the two-day package*

After November 26, 2025, the rates will increase to our Regular Rates:

  • $950 per day
  • $1800 for the two-day package*
  • Limited spots available for the two-day package.
Your registration fee includes:
  • Table with 2 chairs and a tablecloth
  • 2 representatives
  • Lunch and light refreshments 
  • Organization profile on our website for 2 months
