BIOGRAPHY

Dr. Özge Yanıkoğlu is an Assistant Professor of Aviation at the Faculty of Business, Communication Studies & Aviation, Mount Royal University (MRU). Before joining MRU, she served as Assistant Professor and Head of the Aviation Management Program at Özyeğin University’s Faculty of Aviation and Aeronautical Sciences in Istanbul, Turkey, where she developed and taught courses on airline and airport management while maintaining active research and engagement with industry stakeholders.

She holds a PhD in Management and Organization from Marmara University, an MSc in Air Transport Management from Cranfield University, and a Master’s in Marketing from Bahçeşehir University. Her teaching and research focus on aviation management, strategic management, and organizational behaviour. 

Prior to entering academia, Dr. Yanıkoğlu worked in various operational roles in the aviation industry.
