Ashley Tyler is a strategic brand leader with over 20 years of experience building high-equity brands in the non-profit, aviation, and professional services sectors. An alumna of Mount Royal University, Ashley specializes in translating complex organizational goals into high-impact narratives. Her recent work at the Alberta Cancer Foundation includes supporting the OWN Capital Campaign for Canada’s largest cancer centre, leading unprecedented fundraising initiatives, and driving the foundation’s highest lottery revenue growth in 25 years. Previously, Ashley spent nearly eight years at WestJet, where she helped shape the airline’s iconic brand voice through award-winning creative marketing and large-scale experiential activations. She also architected the national talent brand framework for MNP, a project that earned multiple industry awards and drove record recruitment growth. A recognized voice in the Alberta creative community, Ashley was recently honored with five ACE Awards, including "Best in Show" and "Fearless Client," and is currently nominated for a Marketing Award. Whether she is steering major events like the Tour of Alberta or crafting deeply moving documentary-style brand stories, Ashley remains dedicated to creating bold, purpose-led impact that resonates with stakeholders and the community alike.
