Kelsey Pyde

Kelsey Pyde is a healthcare technology leader focused on improving access to care through innovative, system-level solutions. As VP of Product at Alethea Medical, she leads the development and scaling of digital tools that connect primary care providers with specialists, helping reduce wait times, strengthen collaboration, and improve patient outcomes across Canada. With a background in healthcare operations and digital health, Kelsey has driven cross-provincial expansion, launched new product offerings, and built systems supporting thousands of clinicians. She is known for translating complex challenges into practical, high-impact solutions and for bridging strategic vision with operational execution in fast-paced environments. Kelsey is currently completing her Master of Health Studies, with a focus on health system design, knowledge translation, and improving access to care in underserved communities. She is particularly interested in how digital tools can support clinical decision-making and continuous learning for healthcare providers. Outside of work, she is an endurance athlete who competes in marathons, triathlons, and HYROX, and values the discipline and resilience that sport brings to her leadership.
