Rob Allen is the Chief Executive Officer and Founder at Aligned Outcomes Corporation, a smart process integration company that globally delivers "Enterprise Digital Twin" technology. Rob draws on 30 years of progressive industry and executive experience with the IBM Corporation. Prior to leaving IBM, Rob held executive roles on the IBM Global Team in New York, an Executive Sales leadership position across IBM's North Europe Region based in Zurich, Switzerland and a national executive leadership position in Canada. Rob is currently a Doctoral Candidate in the Haskayne School’s Doctor of Business Administration degree program within the Entrepreneurial Studies Department. His research explores the challenges and opportunities faced by senior executives who choose to exit large multi-national enterprises to launch innovative start-up companies. A long-time community volunteer, Rob served two full terms on the University of Calgary Board of Governors. He also served three terms on the Haskayne School of Business Management Advisory Council. Rob is an active executive mentor to students and a regular guest lecturer at the Haskayne School of Business. Rob Allen holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Calgary. He also holds Executive Certifications from the University of Western Ontario and the Harvard School of Business.
