Dr. Joy Pablo-Wrzosek is passionate about creating learning experiences that foster curiosity, confidence, and a sense of belonging. Drawing on extensive K–12 experience as a teacher, principal, and Learning Services Supervisor, she has led initiatives that support diverse learners and strengthen inclusive educational practices. Her work is deeply rooted in supporting English as an Additional Language (EAL) students, a focus that continues to inspire her teaching, research, and leadership. Joy is committed to preparing future and current educators with the knowledge, understanding, and practical strategies needed to create inclusive classrooms where all students can thrive.
