The Education Undergraduate Society (EUS) Executives are elected second-year students in the Bachelor of Education - Elementary program. They support students in the BEd program throughout their one-year term.

The EUS executives connect with various community organizations to offer diverse learning opportunities in-person and online. Their initiatives include collecting food for the veteran's food bank, a sock monkey scavenger hunt, an ADHD: What Educators Need to Know workshop, a Humane Education in Your Classroom professional development event and many more. In the winter semester, they collaborate with the Alberta Teachers’ Association to plan a Carousel featuring the ATA's various supports.

The EUS classroom representatives are key communicators of their initiatives. The Classroom Rep offers an announcement at the beginning of each class. This includes reminders of various events that are coming up and important deadlines. The EUS also uses email, Blackboard and social media to share opportunities and information with students.

The society has a strong connection with the student population. They try to engage students in activities and professional development learning. This work ensures that our students have a well-rounded learning experience and leave the program with strong connections.
