AI Workforce Readiness: Module 0 Now Available for Students in D2L
The ADC is pleased to announce a 3-hour AI literacy module for students, available in MRU's D2L Brightspace environment. The module was created by AMII (Alberta Machine Intelligence Institute) and is accessible to all at MRU at no cost. Developed as part of the AI Workforce Readiness (AIWR) program, this foundational course is designed for post-secondary institutions to assist students in becoming equipped with essential AI literacy awareness and skills. Module 0 has been deployed as its own self-enrollable course in D2L, and students earn a digital badge within D2L upon completion. The Module 0 course can be accessed by clicking the new AI @ MRU widget on your D2L homepage, then clicking the 'Go to Module 0' button. We encourage you to share this resource with your students.
Please reach out to Andrew Goodmanson, Manager, Learning Technologies, at agoodmanson@mtroyal.ca with any questions relating to Module 0 within D2L.
