Important Dates & Deadlines

As time is required to review medical documentation, meet with an Access Advisor, and provide your Accommodation Letter to your faculty members with sufficient advance notice. Please take careful note of the following deadlines. Missing any of these deadlines will result in delaying your access to accommodations until the following semester.

Sep 3	First day of Fall classes, Exam Seating Requests Open
Sep 7	Office Closure - Labour Day
Sep 14	Last day to adjust course registration (Add/Drop)
Sep 28	Exam Centre Extended Hours Start
Sep 30	Office Closure - Truth and Reconciliation Day
Oct 12	Office Closure - Thanksgiving
Oct 13-16	Reading Break
Oct 14	Office Closure - Team Meeting - 8:30 AM-4:30 PM
Oct 26	Final Exam Schedule posted
Nov 11	Office Closure - Remembrance Day
Nov 18	Office Closure - Team Meeting 12:00-4:30 PM
Nov 19	Last day to submit documentation - Fall 2026
Nov 20	Last day to withdraw from courses with a 'W' grade
Nov 26	Last day to make changes or meet with an AA
Dec 1	Last day to submit semester requests
Dec 2	Last day to submit Fall 2026 final exam seating requests
Dec 9	Last day of classes; Last day to withdraw from courses with a WC grade
Dec 11-22	Fall 2026 final exam period
