BIOGRAPHY

Enoc is an Assistant Professor in the Department of General Management and Human Resources at the Bissett School of Business, Mount Royal University. His teaching philosophy includes a commitment to academic integrity, creativity, innovation and to providing an excellent learning experience for students. 

 

He joined MRU in 2012 and has taught business and management courses for domestic students, as well as for visiting business students from the Tecnológico de Monterrey (ITESM, Mexico) and Nihon University (Japan). 

 

Prior to MRU, he taught business and management courses at State University of New York/SUNY, University of Louisville and SAIT (AB). He has also managed International Student Business programs at Olds College (AB) and Marketing & International Business programs at SUNY Empire State College (Panama program). 

 

His industry experience spans 25+ years working in Canada, Latin America, Kenya and the US, in various management, leadership and consulting roles in the private, non profit, international humanitarian and government sectors. Organizations include: the Canadian Trade Commissioner Service, Canadian Crossroads International, UNDP Regional Hub/Panama, International Federation of Red Cross & Red Crescent Societies/Americas Hub, US Peace Corps/Panama, the Utah Commission on Service & Volunteerism, Spring Valley Water Corp. and MCG Career Consulting. 

 

As for indigenous relations, he has managed a pre-trades training program for indigenous students in the Morley First Nations reserve (AB) and has worked with various indigenous groups in Panama (US Peace Corps, Community and Economic Development Program).
