BIOGRAPHY
Dr. Jenny H. Wang is an Assistant Professor in the Department of General Management and Human Resources at the Bissett School of Business at Mount Royal University. Her research investigates why and when employees engage in unethical behaviour in the workplace, employee responses to unethical behaviour, and emotions in the workplace. Jenny has taught courses on leadership, responsible management, and justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion (JEDI) in the workplace.
