BIOGRAPHY

Dr. Mina (Fatemeh) Enayatollahi is an Assistant Professor in the Bissett School of Business at Mount Royal University, teaching in the International Business, Supply Chain Management and Aviation department. She holds a Bachelor’s, Master’s and Ph.D. in Aerospace Engineering with a specialization in flight dynamics and control. Her graduate studies included modeling of complex traffic networks and reliability and safety analysis, work that informs her focus on both manned and unmanned aviation systems.


Dr. Mina’s research centres on aviation systems safety, AI‑integrated decision‑making and systems modeling and optimization. She leads projects on multi-vehicle coordination and autonomous flight, partnering with industry to bring artificial intelligence into real-world aviation operations. In the classroom and in her research collaborations, she emphasizes data‑driven insights and rigorous modeling to improve operational resilience. Her commitment to mentoring and to advancing diversity in STEM helps prepare the next generation of aviation professionals to thrive in a rapidly evolving field.
