BIOGRAPHY

Dr. Mina (Fatemeh) Enayatollahi is an Assistant Professor of Aviation in the Bissett School of Business at Mount Royal University. She holds Bachelor’s, Master’s, and Ph.D. degrees in Aerospace Engineering, specializing in flight dynamics and control. Her academic and professional background spans aviation systems, air traffic operations, reliability and safety analysis, systems modeling, and optimization.

Dr. Enayatollahi’s current research focuses on automation and AI-enhanced decision-making in aviation systems, with particular interests in safety, operational resilience, and decision-making under uncertainty. She actively seeks collaboration with aviation industry partners and integrates applied research, data analytics, and emerging technologies into aviation-management education.

Her teaching emphasizes experiential and industry-informed learning, using real-world aviation problems, simulations, data-driven activities, and interactive computational tools to help students develop analytical and managerial decision-making skills.
