West Residence
Amenities
Opened in the fall of 2003, West Residence provides one-, two- and four-bedroom units.
Each unit is a fully furnished, self-contained living space. You will have a private, lockable bedroom and a bathroom that you'll never share with more than one other person. Each unit also includes a full kitchen and a living room.
Two Resident Advisors (RAs) live in the West Residence townhouses and one RA lives on each floor of the apartment buildings. RAs are upper-year students there to support you through your Residence experience and organize fun social events.
The Residence Services Front Desk is also located in West Residence Building B. You can ask questions, submit forms, and pick up packages there.

Location
Walk anywhere on campus within 15 minutes! West Residence is steps away from Mount Royal's amphitheatre, tennis and beach volleyball courts, soccer fields and Recreation Centre. You will also be close to a doctor's office, dentist's office, a pharmacy, and a food court - all available on campus.
Off-campus, there are nearby grocery stores, restaurants, cinemas, and shopping centres that are easily accessible either by car or via the transit hub.
